Who we are
AZRE Consulting LLC is registered at 8 The Green, Dover, Delaware 19901, United States, and operates from Muscat, Riyadh, and Beirut. This policy covers www.azreconsulting.com.
For any question about this policy or about data we hold, write to info@azreconsulting.com.
What we collect
We collect only what you type into the contact form: your name, company, role, email address, phone number, country, and the message you write. Every field except name, email, and message is optional.
We record the date and time you tick the consent box, which is what evidences that consent was given.
We do not run advertising networks, analytics, or tracking pixels on this website. We do not build profiles, and we do not attempt to identify you across other sites.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and abuse prevention. We do not use those logs to identify individual visitors.
Why we hold it, and for how long
We use your details for one purpose: to reply to your inquiry and, if it leads somewhere, to carry on that conversation. We do not sell your details, rent them, or share them with third parties for marketing.
Submissions are stored in Airtable and a notification is emailed through Google Workspace. Both are processors acting on our instructions.
Inquiries that do not become engagements are deleted within 24 months. Where an inquiry becomes a client engagement, the records move into that engagement's file and are retained for the period our professional and contractual obligations require.
You are never added to a mailing list from this form. We do not operate one.
Your rights
You may ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy of it, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@azreconsulting.com and we will respond within 30 days.
You may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect anything done before you withdrew it.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom and believe we have handled your data improperly, you may complain to your national supervisory authority.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and change the date shown above.
