Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted via email [email protected] or WhatsApp +1 302 231-1335. A cancellation is valid only upon receipt of written confirmation from AZRE Consulting LLC.
Cancellations submitted more than 48 hours before the scheduled session start time are eligible for a full refund, processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
Cancellations submitted within 48 hours of the session start time are non-refundable, without exception.
No-shows — defined as failure to join the session within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time without prior notice — are non-refundable.
In documented cases of medical emergency or comparable extraordinary circumstances, AZRE Consulting LLC may, at its sole discretion, offer a one-time rescheduling exception. Supporting documentation may be required. This exception is not a right and does not apply to refunds.
By completing payment and confirming your booking, you acknowledge and accept this cancellation and refund policy in full.
Force Majeure
If Dr. Ayman Dayekh is unable to conduct a session due to illness, technical failure, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, the client will be offered a rescheduled session at no additional charge. No monetary refund is owed where a replacement session is offered. AZRE Consulting LLC will notify the client as early as reasonably possible in such circumstances.
If a technical failure originates on AZRE Consulting LLC’s side and cannot be resolved within 15 minutes of the session start time, the session will be rescheduled at no additional charge. Technical failures on the client side do not entitle the client to a rescheduled or refunded session.
Recording
Sessions may be recorded by AZRE Consulting LLC for quality assurance and internal documentation. You will be notified at the start of the session. If you wish to record the session yourself, you must request written consent in advance.
Confidentiality
Information shared during this session is treated as confidential by AZRE Consulting LLC. If you are sharing sensitive business information, you are encouraged to request a Non-Disclosure Agreement before the session begins. Contact us at [email protected] to initiate this.
Scope of Advice Guidance provided during consultancy sessions reflects professional analysis and strategic recommendations. It does not constitute legal, financial, or regulatory advice. You remain solely responsible for any decisions made based on session content.
Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes arising from consultancy engagements with AZRE Consulting LLC shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
Before Your Session:
Before your session begins, ensure the following:
- Zoom or Google Meet is installed and tested on your device
- Your microphone and speaker are functioning
- You are connected to a stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps recommended)
- You are in a quiet, private environment for the duration of the call
- Any documents, questions, or materials you wish to discuss are prepared and accessible
Sessions begin at the scheduled time. If you are not ready within 15 minutes of the start time without prior notice, the session will be considered a no-show and forfeited.
